3 X 22inch on there sides?

Hi guys great forum you have here. Is it possible setup 3 x 22inch monitors placed on there sides, to become one screen? I've seen the 3 monitor setups with them in a line, but none with them on there sides. This would create a shorter but higher screen area. I would disassemble the monitors and have them as close as possible, minimizing the edges. I would like to use this setup with the game Crisis with the upcoming MechWarrior Living Legends mod.

Could it be done, and how? Thanks.

Hi

Eyefinity can do it, but the game must support the resolutions.
I think you can do it with SoftTH as well, again the game must support it though.
