Firware upgrade problems

Hi all.
I'm trying to flash my th2go with the newest firmware.
When I run the updater it says the new firmware(2340) is compatible with my hardware, but then stops with an error.
I can backup my firmware no probs, but it won't let me even reflash the backed up firmware.
I've tried doing it from 2 pcs running xp.
Current firmware 2.03.32.
Any ideas?
