Hello.....

I'm expriencing skippy framerate by using 24" monitor to play Counter-Strike with 4:3 aspect ratio (2 black sides). With this setting I have only 60Hz refreshrate on 1024x768 but this monitor is telling me that it is using 1920x1200 @ 60Hz on monitor info. I'm new to widescreen monitor and I feel bad to play with 60Hz because I feel everything slow on my Counter-Strike and it's unacceptable for me. :( It is better to play with 19" square screen with 75Hz ..........it's smooth for FPS game.


Monitor: HP Pavilion w2448hc 24"


I just want to play my Counter-Strike with 4:3 ratio on 1024x768 resolution with 2 black sides @ 75Hz.

I don't want to switch back to my LG 1960TR-BF when I want to play Counter-Strike and switch to this 24" monitor again after I press Quit button in Counter-Strike.

If there is any solution please let me know.
