Is maximizing a window on each individual monitor possible?

Hi guys, I've dug through old threads for a while but haven't had the luck to run into a similar discussion, so I decided to start this thread.
I see most discussions are focused on surround gaming, and that certainly is the exact reason I'm considering DTH2G, but the problem is I'm not gonna used it for games only. When I work at my computer I need to take advantage of this super wide display area. And I need to use a couple of different software at the same time. If I connect a monitor at each DVI port of an ordinary graphics card, I can certainly maximize a window on this individual monitor. But now that TH2G makes all three of them recognized as one, I don't know if I can still treat them like individual 'containers' anymore. Sometimes you need to blend them, and sometime you just need them the way as they are.

Yes, the PowerDesk software has options for this.

Matrox Powerdesk already has this feature to allow fullscreen on each of the 3 monitors.

lol! You guys are great. Thank you all. This eliminates my last unsolved mystery with TH2G. I think I'll give it a shot.

Hi Yui, with 4 monitors attached to your 4850 graphics card, how does your setup behave? Are you happy with its performance? I'm asking this because I may go with quad monitors as well. Thanks!

The performance of having a resolution of 3840 x 1024 (3 x 19" monitors) is the same as 2560 x 1600 (1 x 30" monitor). Now having 3 x 22" monitors will definitely be more taxing.
Adding a 4th monitor doesn't really give you any performance hit because it's connected to the 2nd dvi. I've tested playing games with or without the 4th monitor and the results are the same.

I thought it'd have some impact on the performance because the CPU and GPU have to deal with this additional display area whether it is or isn't on a second head. I'm using EAX1600XT Silent and a VX724 on my old rig. After connecting a 19" monitor on the second head, there was noticeable( not very significant ) performance drop in my system.
I suspect that when the overall performance of a setup breaches a certain threshold, there will be more than enough redundancy for an extra display.
Thanks for the information. Now I won't need to worry about going with quad monitors.
