Possible? (WRT single screen & TH2G)

I ordered all my parts and they are on their way...
I'm just wondering/hoping this is possible. I'd like to run TH2G in single-monitor 1900x1200 mode under normal conditions. When I run a game from one of the shortcuts (as I understand it, each game will need some sort of special, hacked/edited shortcut), I want the game to expand to use all 3 screens.
The catch is that I want to hook my side monitors to a 2nd video card as well, and I want the TH2G software to somehow blank-out the signal from the 2nd video card and just use the TH2G signal.
Is this making any sense?
