TH2Go DE screen placement, and Matrox support.

Known 'issue'? Using the TH2Go DE my screen pops up on the lefthand side running at 1600x1200.
I'm sure that rumour had it, that a firmware update was available, allowing the screen to pop up on the centre screen.
I haven't been able to locate anything other than Powerdesk and SGU updates on the site, and Matrox Support has failed to contact on two separate occasions over the past month.
Are they useless, or am I just unlucky? Has anyone found them helpful, or am I stuck with a crook neck?
