i remember racer_S made a cam hack for NFSMW, but does anyone know if he'lll do the same for prostreet..?

i believe that prostreet does have true widescreen, but i cant seem to select the odd widescreen res eg. 1440x810 or 1680x945 (16:9 a/r). and also i dont htink triple head works.

AND i think the views need some work, its too much behind the car for my tastes... i do not know whats going on in front of me so i want the cam to be abit anglled higher.

And please make a custom resolution hack/program! :) I can't use 1360x768 (LCD TV)! :cry:

Try this and let me know if it works:

Use the nfs.exe file that comes with the rar file to patch it. Rename the original nfs.exe and replace it with the one you've patched.

I can't test myself since I don't own the game. Not sure if it will work tho.

Once patched select the resolution of 640x480 in the menu to set the resolution you used with the patcher.

Yeah!!! :D It works! :lol: But it is not needed to set the resolution to 640x480 because all the resolutions (include 1360x768) are appeared in the game's settings! So i just choosed 1360x768 and it works perfectly

Before the patch selectable resolution is 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x720 and nothing more. After applying the patch + 1360x768 and 1920x1080 resolutions! :)

Ps.: In patch select 1360x768 resolution.

i wonder if we can make a in car dash view just like nfsMW.

the game uses punkbuster for online so any cam hacks will mostlikely get you banned

if they again used the same engine as they did carbon/mw/u2 then even the uniwis patch should work, it's not like it's visibly any better so it could be.

I can't use 1680X1050 SCALEOVIEW L22W-6SA (Fujitsu Siemens).
When i run NfsPS i dont see anything. Just the monitor tell me in the little window: Set the resolution 1680X1050 60 Hrz.
But i can't set this, 'couse i can't see anything.
Have you got an idea??

I'd love a camera hack to do some car presentations for online NFS showrooms. EA just don't quite understand that their photo mode is useless.
