Start up the tool before you go into the game ... set it to ... 0.333
In game the Aspect Ratio needs to be set to 16:9 or Auto ...
Press the Number Pad * key to Enable the fix ...
Press the Number Pad / key to disable the fix ...
In game you can increase or decrease the Aspect Ratio with he Number Pad + and - keys although the setting of 0.333 should be about right.

Important : Use a no-CD fixed exe from GameCopyWorld ...
If you don't ... it doesn't work in the menu and it flicks between the correct and incorrect FOV.

Screenshots ... not many as I haven't gotten too far into the game yet ...

There is no next gen option in the game and so the frame rates are very good ... 8)
The game is great ... and the lack of net gen doesn't bother me as it in my opinion was over rated and a bit buggy.

my experinence was that the next gen option took TR L to a new level of graphics and I played it at SH with nextgen on.

Good that at TR: A there is now choice.

So I will just play it and it will definitely perform good even at high res.

Does the patch work on the GameTap version? Probably not, eh? :?

Dunno ... but ... for Vista Ultimate 64bit I needed a no-cd/dvd patch for it to work.

Does this patch require the gamecopyworld no cd hack to work? I'm going to buy this game now that the triplehead hack is out but if it only works with the no cd hacked exe then I might not. Thanks.

I bought the game tonight online at ebgames since all stores are sold out of it for some reason and this fov hack does not work for me. The cdrom hack tra.exe executable from gamecopyworld won't even run for me and crashes with a memory error and the fov hack does not enable. I don't think this hack works. Too bad because tomb raider in triplehead is sooooo much better than single monitor...

Paddy, which tra executable are you using that works? I tried the hatred one and it just gives me a memory error when i run it :(

He's talking about a crack from the release group Hatred. I don't think it's wise to discus this further on the board. :wink:

Yeah I know but I needed that hatred no-cd crack in order for the FOV hack to work.

Can anyone confirm that this fov hack works on the purchased CD/DVD store bought copy of the game?

I have tried both the game's 'real' executable and the hatred one and the fov hack doesn't work with either. The downloadable games (purchased legally at ebgames) must be different somehow or the hack just doesn't work. Man I need triplehead to play this game!

I only ever use legal games ... my UK version of this game is a store bought DVD.
To get the FOV hack to work though in 64bit Vista (as I have said) I had to use the hatred no-CD/DVD.
