Rome: Total War display issues with LCD

Hey guys, need some help.

I had Rome installed with the patch and at max blast video settings. However, since setting up the Triplehead2go, every time I try to even RUN the program, I get a black screen...the LCD gives an "out of range" error message.

I've tried the changes to the preferences txt file that several websites have said to do...but no luck..

Only other option is to uninstall and reinstall...but I'd hate to lose all that progress.....

Ideas?
