Rules for Buy/Sell forum

1. Have to be a member for 60 days.
2. Have x amount of posts (so we know that they are active)
3. Try to provide some sort of proof that they won't take the money and run.
etc.
So...Post some rules for that forum so that it will make people like me more comfortable buying from there?
