Cue Club Widescreen ?

Hi,
This is my first post here. As I'm French, please excuse my poor English...
I would like to know if there is any chance to get this great pool game work with my Belinea 10 20 30W (VGA only) widescreen monitor.
In fact, I would like to put black bars on both sides of the screen so the picture won't stretch.

Edit : I have a nVidia XFX 7900GT graphic card.
