Criteria: Newer (Jan 2006 & on) PC FPS NON- online Game

You can also add 3rd person shooters (NON-online)

NOTE: If it is an ON-liner BUT has a decent Single player off-line mode - then it's OK

By "non-online" do you mean like, doesn't have a multiplayer componenet at all, or just, doesn't HAVE to?

If it's not at all, that is going to be one very short and tough list to make :?.

I guess for some - yes but in my case NO! :lol:

I don't like the role-playing or RTS genres.

So let's see, no online FPS, RTS or RPG? Wow... :shock:. Are there even any other genres that get even semi regular releases? :P.

Not quite right - as I expalined.

The "online" exclusive titles (or any others) are impossibel for me as I am 2-way satelitte dependant for IP - anything else is absolutely impossible.
Therefore, my ping values of over 650 (even 1200+) :shock: preclude any realistic expectation of being able to play online.

FPS with single player is what I enjoy.

RTS & RPG are not my interest in the least.

Therefore, off-line capable first or 3rd person shooters are my interest.

-don't like stealth (?) types, driving/flying types, sword, bow, spells or Bot mech types. :lol: :roll:

Well, GRAW isn't exactly a stealth based game, so you could check it out.

Well you could give Rogue Trooper a look see (that is if eidos have released it over CA way)its based on the 200ad comic book 3rd person shooter,war,genetic soldiers kinda short but sweet (6-8 hours tops)

hmmmm... just took a look at that :shock:

*now thinks a nefarious plot might be afoot to 1) push me into a CrossFire (a) needed situation & 2) decrease my WSGF presence as I get lost in the vast realms of that game* :wink:

F.E.A.R. is pretty good, but you probably already know about it.
