Matrox has just added new resolution modes for the Matrox TripleHead2Go: :D

Nice ... all though you dont get as many pixels as you would with 3840x1024 it should still look pretty damn good.

Matrox has indeed enabled 3x1280x720 and 3x1280x768. These are both 3x16:9 resolutions. I've asked them to look into 3x1280x800, for future updates and released. We will have to wait and see. But, this is certainly one good step...

they can do 1024 ... so there is a chance for 800 but aperently there are limits to how far they can push this little toy of wanders.

New resolutions have to be tested extensively before they are supported. They worked for months to get these in. Their marketing people only looked at the 16:9 ratios (this was before they knew me :wink: ). I've requested that they consider adding 1280x800, as it would scale properly (with no letterboxing) on larger panels. They said they would look into it, but no promises.

Matrox should comeout with a special tool to stretch the monitors not the resolution ... now that will be a million $ idea :)

Hey guys ...
I managed to get a comp to log in ...

This is great news ... :shock: :D
I can't wait to get home and try out my 3x 2405's ... :D ... I bought another TH2G over here in the US ... ready to use with the Dell's when I get home ... :D

I can't beleve I actually want to go home early from my hols ... ha-ha ... :lol:
ctrlsteef will be flat-lining again soon ... :wink: :lol:
