I'm not sure what you mean by a screen with FRAPS, but I did use FRAPS to benchmark my average FPS.

On my PC at 1680x1050 resolution, all graphics options at their highest setting and 4xAA enabled: I averaged 31 frames per second on a play-through of the demo. I guess that's not very high but it's fine to my eyes.

It ran pretty smooth on my machine. I didn't finish the demo but will definitely get back to it after a little Guild Wars.

The graphics are outstanding. I'm surprised that the Xbox 260's graphics were as close to the pc version's as they are. I had the opportunity to play the 360 build last week and it looked awesome. Not as great as on my pc but outstanding for a console game.

This is going to be a major release for the pc. I can't wait to play the full game.

strongmad, you never listed the model of your cpu only that it was an AMD A64. Is it a 3200+, 3800+, etc.?

plays just about 25 fps on my system at 1280x1024, a real puzzler, non EAX doesnt help, 4xAA takes it to 22fps and no AA is about 25 as i said, lighting on low doesnt help, filtering doesnt help, even lowering res doesnt help, and the nV panel is set to application preference (im using in game fps meter if that helps)

^ I play at 1200x768 with almost the exact same setup (different mobo) and I can only get 30 FPS. Don't feel bad, I just think it's that rough.
