Widescreen Gaming Forum

Well, I just picked up the game. Anyone playing, that would be interested in meeting up, and providing any helpful tips? I'll be reporting back my findings on the widescreen aspect.

Ibrin, I'm Zenox Bochastle on Starsider. Look for Ryka, Keoso, Spetoch, and VMTheGreater if you can't find me. Just mention that you're a friend of mine from online and that you're new to the server. We can get you set up with a vehicle, a house, etc.

Mattguy, thats great to hear. That's the laptop I'm getting. The image looks clean and crip? What server do you play on?

yeah its totally clean. not streched or anything, i play on intrepid, and my char name is ozo' and another account i play the char name is misfit.

ozo' is a master doctor so if you happen to play on intrepid feel free to look me up and i can getcha buffs, which will make leveling a loteasier for you (presuming your gonna be a fighting profession :-P)

but yeah, what laptop your getting? i use a sager 8790 and loving it, i was certainly iffy about the widescreen, but i think its awsome once you get games running correctly on it. If you can't get the correct resolution you can always set it to have a black edge (like widescreen movies) so it will be just like a 4:3 standard screen, so i dig it :)

I'm looking forward to logging in. i was reading through the docs (I know, revoke my geek card), and can't you have one character on each server, but can't transport them?

Right, Ibrin. SWG if a fun game for a while but it gets old fast imo.

I never ended up playing. Returned the game and got COH instead.
