will far cry 4 get the same treatment far cry 3 got, FC4 has issues with it's built in FOV sliders, mainly when you drive in cars and the cutscenes don't have expanded view, FWS did FC3 perfectly, in cutscenes and everything.

With the recent update to Dragon Age: Inquisition.. the cutscenes are back to having black borders. Can anyone else confirm this? I wan't to make sure it's not just me. If it's a universal thing, I hope it'll be fixed. Thanks

I don't know where else to submit a bug report, so I suppose I'll just do it here.

Flawless widescreen ALWAYS requests elevated privileges- which means in a correctly configured user environment, flawless widescreen is run as the admin user. This means flawless widescreen is broken by design, since a process can not tamper with a process owned by a different user. This necessitates running the game as admin (which just feels wrong), which has to be done manually unless I run steam as admin (which IS wrong), and I'd have to migrate my user saves over to the admin profile, and any other tools I use to operate on the game must then also be elevated to admin... You see how this just tumbles into a huge mess?

The "Widescreen fixer" utility doesn't request elevation, so I know it's not necessary to do so. Please fix flawless widescreen- until you do, I (and many others) cannot use it.

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this, but not only did my black bars come back in DA Inquisition (patch 3 was released 1/20/15), but it looks like launching the game with the fix enabled button causes a desktop crash for me when loading a save. Obviously, with it no longer working anyways, there is no need to do so.. so i guess it doesn't really matter lol

total bummer though, i got many of my best screen caps for my desktop backgrounds during surround cut-scenes.

There is no FIFA2015 plugin for Flawless Widescreen so no it won't work. And according to this thread, http://answers.ea.com/t5/FIFA-15/Fifa-1 ... 67/page/13, FIFA2015 does not support 21:9 and so far it sounds like EA doesn't care.

It requires the plugin to be updated. Anytime a game patches to a new version the plugin typically needs to be updated before it will work.

Help, after the latest FWS update, it will not work for The Evil Within anymore. I did not update Evil Within, just the FWS, i tried re-installing the module for this game but it will not load. I have this error msg in the window log:

Could not find LetterBoxFix2 injection point.

Help, how can I revert back to the previous FWS since taht was working for The Evil Within

Dead Rising 2 OTR got patched to remove GFWL & replace with Steamworks today. I can confirm that HaYDens current FWS plugin works just fine on the new Steamworks version 21:9 is still glorious!
