The Witcher 3 21:9 Broken!

Setting the UI vertical and horizontal scale to 1.02 allows the HUD elements to be slightly nearer to the edges of the screen without cutting off anything.
And the new .exe seems to work alright. Great work!

What am I doing wrong ?
I put it in the save file folder, click play in GOG but it doesnt do anything.

OMG thank you so much! I just found this and wish I had it for the first 50 hours I played this game! Dunno why flawless widescreen has not implemented a fix yet.

I'm curious the games performance after this patch and whether it affects much or not. I haven't had the time to test yet but wish they'd get on top of the SLi scaling issues.

That's pretty much reliant on nVidia, since it pertains to the game's SLI profile. That, and monitor configuration on Surround.
