Getting widescreen resolution for Just Cause (Steam Version)

For those running the Steam version: I found the UresChanger v2 hack worked by setting the ini to windowed mode: http://www.trackballer.com/2010/03/12/enable-widescreen-mode-and-higher-resolutions-for-just-cause-steam-version/
