Start the fix ( right click, run as admin ), enter the offset, hit execute injection, start Skyrim, that is all I have to do and it works great.
I have 2 570's and updated to the latest beta drivers, bezel corrected res of 5960x108. I use 1986 for the offset in the fix

Hey all, long time lurker as well.
Wanted to post a thank you message for the fixes, for all you who worked on them.
My computer does not seem to like Hayden's fix for some reason?
Attached is a picture, its hard to see but I'll try to explain.
This is after switching from 1920x1080 to 5760x1080.
I'm supposed to be looking at an NPC with torches around him in a building, but all I see are faint outlines and apparently a wall.
But wherever I go or look it seems like its zoomed in on the wall, with about 80% opacity, I can barely see the outlines of the NPC - The torches are also what I'm supposed to see.
Same is outside, starting scene riding in the cart, I saw a silhouette through some way zoomed in trees.
Also in the menu my mouse sensitivity is crazy high when applying Haydens fix.
I'm guessing the two problems are related, any ideas?
Here's pic:

Edit: 2 more easier to see ones to see the problem.

Many thanks to HaYDeN, thanks to him playing perfectly in eyefinity.
No crashes at all, been playing most of the day straight =).
World map still needs a few tweaks, but still very playable.
Many thanks once again for your amasing work HaYDeN!!!

What kind of frame rates are we getting here for the game?
I'm on 2 GTX580 3GB's and running at 5760 x 1080 i'm looking at 20-30 FPS on average with the setting up high/ultra.

Is it possible that some of the crashes could be caused by running out of Vram?
While I was in the game (and barely out of the starting area) with 6050x1200 on default "High" settings, MSI Afterburner was showing 1660mb of memory usage on each of my 3gbs 580's. Someone posted a couple pages back that they were crashing and turned down the graphics settings and the crashing stopped. They mentioned they were running 1gb video cards.

Is this your fix HaYDeN? If so where is it? The one I am getting off the detailed report doesn't have the books come up like that.

Well as soon as it's up with readable books (fixing the map would be helpful) you just tell me who I send my money to. Because after playing for about 3 hours with your old fix I'm speechless. No other game better represents the immersion and experience you get with multi-monitor gaming.

On my system:
1 x 6970 = about 30 FPS (5760*1200 - Ultra)
3 * 6970s = about 10 FPS (same settings)
So, it looks like at least for AMD cards, crossfire is currently stupidly broken - try running with just 1 580, and see if that helps - I heard that nvidia had released beta drivers for Skyrim, but I don't know if they've been confirmed to improve anything.
Also, a big thanks to Hayden and Helifax - have tried both of your fixes, and both worked at getting the game playable in eyefinity res - it amazes me how the fine folks here can get seemingly far more complicated things sorted out faster than the guys at Nvidia/AMD who have most likely had access to these games for weeks in advance, but still can't release decent working driveers for weeks after they launch.
Oh well - enough whining - off to bed now, but thanks again, guys :)
you are the man alright

yeah so true.
I would disable SLi but then I can't multi-mon.
Anyone else with NVIDIA cards running SLi having average FPS?
