Yeah I've done all of that but it still doesn't work. For whatever reason it just freezes on either the "Unity" screen or the "Square Enix" screen.
Is there a way to launch the game in windowed mode or border less windowed mode?

the default game is Borderless fullscreen windowed, you can force windowed mode in registry editor, open regedit > go to KEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Square Enix\Life is Strange: Before the Storm\ > change value "Screenmanager Is Fullscreen mode_h3981298716" to '0".


or try forcing to exclusive fullscreen ?? using -window-mode exclusive

This being scheduled to release tomorrow completely flew over my head, luckily I was still subscribed to this thread. Thank you for promising to keep the fixes up to date.

Argh...for some reason I never needed the Episode 3 fix in order for the game to stay in 21:9 but after today's "Farewell" update, it was back to 16:9 for me.

There's a workaround, simply use the .exe from EP3, everything works fine, just played through the whole episode Enjoy!

Thanks you everyone for responding and contributing to the fixes for this game until the last episode and bonus episode! I refused to play this game with it's lack of support until Jackfuste and Susahamat submitted the 21:9 fixes for the game, they worked perfectly! so once again thank you very much for letting me and others enjoy this game at its full glory in 21:9 UltraWide !!!
