i have the same problem.
forthe moment i just want play in single player mode.
when i use the method 2 SP with all of last version of fixer and game, i have this screen:
by pressing $ button (azerty keyboard)
but if the hud is correct, 3d is not.
i have try other settings and only this porfile do something.
also click on interface don't work properly, i must position de cursor on the button to press, and pressing enter to valid it.
i also use no-dvd because i hate is optical disk when i play. that's make more loading times at starting, noises and i have too much games for go to search the media each time i want to play.
