BioWare Releasing Tweaked Mass Effect for PC

I've been using USB sound cards, first a Plantronics with C-Media US, then the Logitech G35 Headsets. Never have sound issues with either of them.

Has anyone successfully enabled AA using a 200 series Nvidia card? I can't get it to work.

It doesn't work on the latest drivers, it does on 186 and before.
