i bought the 2005 and every time i see a 24 i wish i had that instead. IMHO the 24 scales really well down to lower resolutions for gaming and the extra size would be nice for dvd playback etc. could be used as a nice tv screen with tuner card. 2005 i have is terrible at doing a good black and the corners ALL suffer from terrible backlight bleed...... Also good luck on getting ANY new release game running at 1920 res with full AA and AF, HDR etc AND over 60fps, even with 1900 or 7900 cards. i do not see how the ghosting issue would be a problem for normal gamers, but could be a problem to online hardcore who NEED 100-200 FPS for online gaming at the cost of full eye candy.

It will arrive tomorrow. I am SO excited! I live in NY and UPS says the monitor is in MD. I am sure I will regret not buying the 2407, but this was so cheap on eBay. ($789 shipped)

Not to sound rude or anything, but had you read the whole thread or even just the last few posts, you would know that I have a 2405 on the way.
