I did happen to see that post on hardforum. And I also checked deviantart as well. I was looking for something in the "Space" realm but it's so hard to find. Unfortunately 3440x1440 doesn't seem to be as common as 2560x1080.

You can get quite a few 3440x1440 wallpapers here:
http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/downloads/date/wide_21:9/Just select the resolution from the drop down list.
