I've been messing with it to for the last hour and it's messed up. It's either stretched to far or cuts off the top/bottom. I don't know enough of the technical part to say exactly what's wrong, but it's right. What a let down. Have you found any combo of settings that works? I play 5892x1080.

I hope we get a fix soon!

Just wanted to let you guys know, it is still vert- even though the game has options in game for me to pick my 21:9 ratio it just changes the UI positions, but game still is zoomed in!

Well, that is a pain.

I shot out a tweet to Ubisoft and Ubisoft Montreal with hopes they see it and do something about it (not going to hold my breath).

Whoever works on Flawless Widescreen had fixes for Wolfenstein and Dark Souls 2 really fast.
Hoping for Watch Dogs fix soon.

(If you know who he is, I got another game that has Vert-, but I got a reply from the devs, but still no fix)

Unfortunately Hayden is away due to work, so he won't be getting around to it for at least a few days.

Ahh, I can understand.

Maybe Helifax can give it a try?

The game is NOT OUT YET, and we will nether support nor condone piracy or pirate versions, whether before or after release. Since the game isn't officially out yet you can not expect our modders to have a copy yet. Have some patience.

Relax. Any Key Stors all over the world send the Keys at the end of last week. Lot of my friends were playing WD while I was waiting. And yes, the game was uncracked and I could see them playing on uplays friendlist.

So it was out but not officialy

Finally, my key arrived. A real shame Ubisoft couldn't get their stuff together in those 6 months they held back the game...

Oh well, downloading anyway.

It isn't just vert- when you change to 4:3 it zooms out even more...

Hope a fix doesn't take to long, I was wanting to play/record this for my YouTube channel as a Let's Play. So I don't wanna take to long to start releasing it.
Not sure if I wanna record tomorrow and just have vert-, or record 16:9.

It supposed to have it natively :

Disrupt: Powering Watch Dogs

Assassin’s Creed's time-hopping gameplay demands the use of the Anvil and AnvilNext engines, while Far Cry’s expansive worlds require the services of Dunia. For Watch Dogs, Ubisoft Montreal’s design documents contained ambitious plans that failed to align with the strengths of Ubisoft’s internal engines, or those of third parties. As a result, Disrupt was developed, enabling seamless multiplayer, complex AI systems, and modern-day urban worlds filled with detail.

As a product of the new generation of games, Disrupt features all of the technologies enthusiasts desire, such as deferred lighting, dynamic weather, real-time dynamic reflections, pre-baked Global Illumination, subsurface scattering, and multithreaded rendering across all CPU cores. SLI, 3D Vision, 4K, and 4K Surround support is included, too.

Hopefully a fix is incoming from the devs.

confirmed there is no eyefinity support, tried changing the settings, fov is too close in, hud elements are out of screen at top and bottom effectively out of reach. so vert 'not operating as it should' and horizontal is 'stretched'.

perhaps someone can assist with : output scaling factor, widescreen fov, or force widescreen options in the config file for a fix.

I've logged a comment with ubisoft for explanation too. Not happy, don't want to play it in 1920 x 1080 either! I bought triple screen setup to play new titles at 5760 x 1080 minimum. geez!

WOW, this is just bad! How the f*ck is this game Vert- in 2014?! What's also weird is that all Assassin's Creed games work fine in multi-monitor and it even says on nVidia website Watch Dogs support nV Surround... so why the f*ck it doesn't?!

What a huge dissapointment, picked it up as well and read that Surround was supported.
Very frustrating!

It REALLY sucks to play on a single monitor when used to 3.

Yea it feels like a horse with blinkers on when you have to revert back to 1 screen, makes me wonder how I managed all these years before eyefinity

Keep in mind that even if Eyefinity/Surround support is hacked or patched in, the game suffers from horrendous performance. It uses *way* more resources than it has any right to use, considering what it is. IMO Sleeping Dogs looked better, and that ran fine. If you want to run it in triple-wide, you're definitely going to need to sacrifice a lot of settings - more so than usual.

I've taken to just playing it in 1080p on my TV, unfortunately. My two 780Tis in SLI barely manage 60FPS with all the settings cranked to max in that resolution, I had to knock back the AA a bit to get it more stable. Frankly it's unacceptable IMO considering how the game looks - it's good, but not unbelievably good like. Crysis in 2007 which was a huge jump forward and required "future, yet unreleased or even unimagined hardware" to run on the highest settings. This is decidedly not that huge jump in either graphical fidelity or gameplay.

I want good textures and can ditch most other settings. AA can almost be turned off at high resolutions. Also, all sorts of focus blur and motion blur is useless. I mean, if om not looking at something its still blurred in my eyes.. :wtf:
Also, having the game on a dedicated SSD improves gpu memory swapping and helps fixing stuttering.
nvidia wrote a pretty good article on all the settings here if someone want to read up on performance.

Seems to run fine on Ultra settings for me, although weirdly have stuttering here and there, MSi AB is reporting all GPU cores working fine, CPU is hardly in use, bizarre.

Seems like you Nvidia users are spoilt with this title! Ubisoft please fix Eyefinity @nothappyatall @ubisoftsuck

Apparently the new catalyst driver 14.6 will directly support Watchdogs eyefinity and should be out today, here's hoping...

It does not. Installed the driver and tried. ubisoft needs to allow the adjustment of the FoV
