So, the latest beta drivers, 12.11 beta 11 and the corresponding CAP, seem to have greatly reduced my hard freezes when running 2 HD 7950s in Crossfire under Eyefinity on an X58 based chipset. But, they haven't completely fixed the issue.
Previously, under 12.6 through 12.11 beta 8, I was able to easily reproduce hard freezes by running the Crysis GPU benchmark. Given about 50-100 loops, it would hard freeze. Now, under 12.11 beta 11, I have not been able to reproduce a hard freeze in Crysis GPU benchmark after several hundred loops.
But, I've still had 3 or 4 hard freezes in Battlefield 3 over the past 2 weeks. That's greatly improved over previous drivers, which were freezing in Battlefield 3 nearly every play session, but I sure would like to get completely stable.
Please let me know if I can provide any extra info to assist. Thanks!

Re: 7970 Tri Fire Eyefinity
I just wanted to let you know that there is a thread at Asus RoG forums to report driver-related problems specifically with Crossfire & Eyefinity. I try to visit as many forums as I can, but my 'central hub' as AMD betatester is that thread.
If you find problems in any game with Crossfire & Eyefinity you can post it at that thread and I'll take a look at it.
