Kinda funny how this game is from "high rez studios" but it isnt so high res after all. Just fired it up and was disappointed to see it doesnt support eyefinity. Screw you unreal engine.

Yeah Hi-Rez also messed up with their last game too, whatever that Action/MMO hybrid was they did... they claimed back then that the Vert- behavior was in the interest of fairness... wouldn't want the poor guys with 4:3 monitors to be at a disadvantage or some bollocks like that.

So, has there been any progress on the Tribes beta? I've been looking at it, but wasn't sure if I should play it or not. (For Surround, that is)

I don't mean to bump an old thread, but it looks like there hasn't been any progress on a fix for this from Hi Rez. I have started a thread on their forum about it and if we can get some traffic to it they might listen. Here's the link.

And yes, it would be nice to play this game in glorious surround! There have been, however, threads on it before. Hi-Rez said we can work on a fix if we share the code to said fix to them. (They want to "approve it.")

Everyone's probably busy, so we are probably going to have to wait for dopefish to work on it.
