I'm happy to have my GTX285 for Titan Quest with Xmax mod (which increase number of monsters up to x10) (a G92 would struggle a lot more)


Gurg, in the expansion there was one place where it was painful to play. Felt like 15 FPS going through that 10 minute area.

yes and even on a GTX285 2GO it is not that awesome (30~40 FPS but with a feeling of stutters and the shock of the transition from 80~120 => 30)
(these are approximates since I didn't make any statistics from it)

however it was fixed by the fanpatch

according to the legit reviews the leaked benchmarks were all FAKE! 5870 can't even match 1x295

sigh, pissed me off so much!

most of the previews showed a 285 against it not a 295.

sigh, pissed me off so much!

Eh, those GTX295 benches were dual 5870 vs. QuadSLI. QuadSLI has been well known for being not that much better than dual or triple SLI.
