The console versions have mp though, and some of it is coop style and pretty fun from what I've heard. Only buy the console version if you plan on playing the mp. If you don't want to play mp and don't have a choice on which platform to buy because your PC can't handle the game or don't own a PC, then wait until the price drops. At $30 the sp is not bad, but at $60 it would be too much to spend.

I'm not really one for MP, so I didn't care much. Personally I would love it if more PC games cut MP and slashed the price in half, but I am sure many would disagree with that.

Yeah I'm kinda in that boat myself, which is a big part of the reason other than liking only select types of games that I can't always justify spending a lot on PC upgrades.

I do however respect that lots of people are into mp as I was back in the day, and that without that audience adding to the dev's cash flow we wouldn't see nearly as many games being made.

My main gripe regarding sp vs mp is that more often than not most of the patch work goes into mp whereas sp problems commonly go unfixed despite numerous complaints about them.

I finally got this wonderful port to install in a custom location. Fine work as always Atari. Thoughts...

- I can actually taste Bill Murray mailing it in

- Aykroyd and Ramis must have George Lucas disease

- The humor is rehashed and predictable. Good for gaming standards, but it has none of the charm that made Ghostbusters special.
