Yep I now prefer the look of my scaled 24" Dell at 1680 than to when it is 1920 on the desktop. I thought it would bother me but I got used to it after about a day of use.

Def go for the 24" if you have the money and desk space. Quite a few games just don't work on TH and a 24" is a big dif (single screen) to a 22 IMO.

That is one very good reason to go for 24"s instead of 22"s

You have surely convinced me

DAMN! My setup keeps getting better! :D

And more expensive as well :(

Thats how it always works :P

Still I think I will take the cheaper monitor route with lower res and then just have one big monitor like I have now or a projector as a 4th screen. No compromises this way.

If your going to TH alot and find the 24's better than cheaper 22's or 19's in my case then it may be worth the investment, but I figure depending how close you are you wont see the outer monitors much making the size increase not really matter.

The main reason why I am going for a Surround Gaming setup is to play racing games in my Playseat

BTW this isn´t actually mine but it´s just there to go give you guys an idea of what I mean

Because of the playseat I am forced to play pretty far away from the monitors

For this I think it would be worth the extra money and go for triple 24"´s

Yeah for sure if you plan to use it often. I find that I do not game too much these days (though I say this just before I am about to go play dead space lol) and I would be right infront of them. Heck if I get it now before I move to a new space I cant even fit 24's on my desk.

Though if I find some killer deal for them I would probably still get them, as I am a sucker for deals.

For now one big monitor it is, next contest we have for a TH2Go I am definitely entering and if I win then I can justify buying the monitors to use it.
