Oh god fedex sucks as well. I shipped out my 30" LCD today (not broken) and the guy FLIPPED the box completely twice. I was shocked. Called fedex and compalined to the manager (so the guy who gets my lcd if its broken wont be screwed). And here I thought I was safe ordering the replacement lcd via fedex instead of ups. ****ing worthless shipping companies.
