The hor + hack doesn't work in v1.1. So don't apply the patch if you intend to use the hor+ hack.

Most native resolutions are supported natively. A few such as 1280x768 are not. If yours isn't, you need to use the command line parameters -ResX= and -ResY=. For instance, if you installed the game to D:Stranglehold and you wanted to use 1280x768, you could edit the shortcut so that it looks like this:
"D:BinariesRetail-Stranglehold.exe" -language=eng -ResX=1280 -ResY=768

1) Cmd line (shortcut edit) required for TH resolutions. For 5040x1050 add -ResX=5040 -ResY=1050 to the shortcut's target field.

2) Gameplay is Vert- by default.
For Hor+ gameplay in surround you need to use the FOV Tool made by Racer_S. This tool does NOT work with patch 1.1 - but it can also be used to make the game Hor+ in widescreen.

Suggested values for the FOV hack : (leave the Width FOV at 1)
0.65 for 16:9
0.63 for 16:10
1.09 for TripleHead 3840x1024
1.21 for Wide TripleHead 5040x1050
