DAMN!!!!
now i really feel stupid...slap my ass..and call me an ass
I found it.......you were both right.....i had it in programs.....
i never went to documents......shit....
thankx.....
I'm gonna leave this forum forever cause i feel dumb

OK....i have partitioned my 2 disks.....C.D.E.F.X
X IS WHERE the game is...
so..the patch is in.....x/ubisoft/rainbowsix vegas...i went to start/explore...and put the patch under...x/ubisoft/rainbow vegas...
and when i open that....i have.......folders...binary,detection,engine, keller game, register......manual,readme,.....si...and the penguin

by the way...inbetween these messages...i've been playin it...(off today)....good game...


As paddy pointed out though, thats not where it shouild be!

The patch should be run from:

C:Documents and Settings%username%My DocumentsUbisoftR6Vegas

Has anyone had problems with patch killing mouselook? I can fire using mouse not but since applying it nothing else works on my mouse.

It's no better than the hack we were using before. Hope you guys don't have 16:10 monitors.

I bought a 360 a month ago or so, which is why I have been less active, and I have to say, this game is better on the console. The aiming is surprisingly well done and there are no widescreen errors and problems.

Look pretty good too, matched the max on PC in everything really.

Great game... enjoying it more now...

I can't even get the game to install. It gets about 3/4th done and craps out with a memory error in the setup.exe. Tried copying the disc to the hard drive, tried doing it in safe mode, nothing works.
