BTW Racer_S's wonderful tiny application download works in Vista x64 as well. Just tried it out and if you have the EALink version of NFS Carbon like I do rename your game from NFSC_Link.exe to NFSC.exe and the game will work fine with the Racer_S NFSC app.
Stopped playing this game for a long time as my older XP PC took a nose dive into blue smoke failure. My AMD64 gave up the ghost but I like this new PC a whole lot more anyways.

Sorry for bumping such an old thread but I only just got Need for Speed: Carbon today (Version 1.4), and I downloaded Racer_S's Resolution Changer and set 1680x1050 as my resolution and 1.3 as the version and it worked fine, however the only problem is that the HUD is still fairly large and fuzzy, so I was wondering if there's a way to fix that as well?

Not that I have come across, unless someone else has managed to get this fixed?

Hey, is there something wrong with the config of that patch? ie, if I don't apply any patch, this is what I can see in the screen:

Whereas if I apply the patch to 3 Full HD monitors (5760 x 1080), this is what I get, it's cutting most of the top and most of the bottom of the image and just displaying the central part:

Is this something you can fix in the patcher? Any clue why it's doing that?
Thank you!
