1. play it stretched, the game is too awesome to waste your time looking at graphics :rockout

2. or with black bars if your graphics adapter / tft combo allows that

3. buy a 4:3 tft to have a dual screen setup, one for old 4:3 games, one for ws wootness

4. dont buy the game :nudgenudge

Lucky you guys... I can't even get it to play in full screen at all, much less widescreen resolutions...

Could someone who gets the game to play fine in fullscreen please post your ini file?

what do you mean, doesnt the game start at all, is it windowed or centered with black all around it?

the game doesnt seem to save any settings to the .ini

It was running in windowed mode.

Finally fixed it by hitting alt+enter.

Also, the game doesn't save the options in the ini, it's saves them in your save game file. That'll be the place to begin looking for a fix to make the game widescreen!

soooo can we get some type of solution or progress with widescreen support for this game, the topic got lost since everyone was talking about controllers and whatnot.
