I can't seem to find a demo for this one. So....for those of you that have it, how does it play? Is this title worth checking out? :?:

Fuck no. Worst game ever. It's really really poor graphics, and poor game play. It looks a cool game, but the execution of it is poor.

Yeah it's bad but not as bad as ... The Regiment ... that must be the worst game ever ... :shock:

It's now on Steam.

The game got good reviews, and I want to buy it. But no 16:10? Will I not be able to play in 2560x1600? Still no workaround/hacks yet?

Max is 16:9, 1920:1080.... Very disappointing.

Would anyone like to figure out how to get 16:10 (2560x1600) working? This seems like one of those games that is 10x more fun in Widescreen.

There's an "Edit' button, you know....

Anyway, 16:89 is wider than 16:10, and the game seems to give different resolution lists for different users. Why not jsut run at 1080 and raise AA? The tetures are super-high to begin with, so you'll mostly get the same effect as a higher res.

This game could have been great. I would like to have seen an option to make it first person at all times. I like the stealth aspect but not the third person view. Someone should make a similar game but totally first person. With surround view it would be awsome. Of course it would also need full surround sound. I liked this game except for the third person view. If only I could program.

For proper 16:9 Support you need to HEX edit the SniperElite.exe

Aspect Ratio: Go to Offset 2D4E50: Change AB AA AA 3F --> 39 8E E3 3F

But i couldnt find a way to get a higher Resolution then 1920 x 1080 - even changing to 21:9 Aspect ratio...... :problem:
