EDIT: on a different not, at 1920x1080 the game plays a lot more smoothly for me then at 2560x1080. The gpu utilization is 60% on average and almost identical at both resolutions. Anyone else experience significant difference in smoothness when comparing both resolutions?

yup, I've pretty much given up trying to play at 21:9, cuz it's so much hassle. I just play at 1080p windowed now and it's great.

Paging Dopefish! Paging Dopefish!
Can we get ahold of him please, surely he has a bit of time off around Christmas to get us a quick patch. I hate to email him...

Anyone know him personally?

Tell me you see the irony of paging someone during their "time off"... Xmas time, too. Give the man a break.

I worked on it some on Sunday but a few things changed in their code that I've been trying to figure out. I haven't had much time to work on it since Sunday. I'll squeeze it in when I have some time. Sorry for the delay.

I'm glad everyone took some time off for Christmas and enjoyed their family and friends. But now... lol... any update since the 1.8 patch that broke Widescreen fixer?

Alright, it's out and good to go. I think I missed one offset in single-player... but everyone should have played through that already, right? :)

Thanks Much Dopefish!

Quick question. When I have the automatically detect resolution checked on the fix, it does not work. I can uncheck it and manually enter in the Bezel corrected resolution, which is the same as the auto detected one and it will work. No biggie but I was not sure if this was something particular to my set-up or not.

Thanks.

Hey dude, thanks for your great work. The fix is working but only for the game, videos are stretched... As I stucked with Far Cry 4 and Assassins Creed Unity I'm not finished with single player, wanted to wait until it's working flawlessly...
If it's easy to fix I'd kindly like to ask to do so... I'm playing in NVIDIA surround @ 5960x1080.

Thanks in advance,

I'm running three 1920x1200 monitors for a resolution of 5760x1200. I've used widescreen fixer for years now but after this last COD update (& then the widescreen fixer update) the game renders fine across three screens but the H.U.D. (& menus) are stretched across all monitors. I've tried multiple settings (in game & with widescreen fixer). Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE::: I originally had a previous version of widescreen fixer on the same hard drive I have my steam folder on (& kept that version [just re-titled the folder]), but I moved the newest widescreen fixer version folder to my OS drive & now it is working. Not exactly sure why, but it functions correctly now.

I can confirm that fixer is not working now for Advanced Warfare. I am not sure if there was an update but I will take your word on it. I was able to play last night but not tonight.

I wonder if they will be releasing the DLC soon. Perhaps an update related to that?
