It has stopped working for me as well after fifa 16 updated today - I'm using 3440x1440

It is not working for me either after the update.

You must use the long method with Cheat Engine until they update utility.

yes i've tried but cann't fine find the value "39 8E E3 3F" with cheat engine

The Widescreen fix from 16.05 doesn't work since the last Fifa Update.
HexEditor and Cheat Engine don't work too. An new fix would be great.

Thanks in advance to DelBierzo. This tool raises the value of Fifa 16 in my opinion, when you have no 16:9 monitor.

How to:

Open fifa menu, the window that say: Play, Game Settings or Exit, and open the "Cheat Enginer FIFA16 WideScreen Fix - 15.07.2016" to.
Now hit play, if the game starts full screen, press alt + enter to go to windowed mode.
In the "CE" select your resolution F2, F3, etc... once done can close the fix.
Return to game and alt + enter to proceed to full screen.
Ready.

Hi,

This fix doesn't work here. I run the latest version of the game on a 3440x1440 monitor. All I can get is an awfully stretched version after hiting F5... Have I done something wrong ?
