I was thrilled to see a new HaYDeN fix posted, as the old one was so simple to use and I haven't played Skyrim in months.

Just installed Skyrim on my new system and it installs via steam at version 1.6.89.0. I've disabled automatic updates (we'll see how long that lasts >_>) and I see from this thread that FWS does not support this version yet. Did they just launch a new version or what? 1.5.26.0 is not even close to what I have now... and your posts are dated today! O___o I am a bit confused now. And stupid Google can't find a download of 1.5.26.0 to swap in. *sigh*

I know it'll be updated eventually...maybe?

Anyway, thank you, HaYDeN for giving me hope I may actually play this game again someday.

I see Steam pushed through the new update (today?) for Skyrim. Ok I can understand flawlesswidescreen not supporting version 1.6 until Hayden has a chance to update but I can't even use previous versions (1.5.26) to play anymore. Thanks again Todd :twothumb . Anyone else having the same problem using the previous version?

Forgot to also mention i installed to the default path. I'm running win 7 64 bit do it was Program Files (x86)Flawless Widescreen

Wow awesome work man thanks a million for Mini Ninjas, Ridge Racer(is epic btw with your fix). Man you have fixed all the games I hooked you up with :) m/ I am going to have to get you some more as well as donate.

About 2 hours maybe - complete redesign, different approach - better result, map check issue sorted once and for all.

Released update for v1.6.89.0 for Skyrim.

Complete overhaul in the way that the patch functions - entirely re-engineered, no more "Map Check" setting stuff etc, finally managed to solve all the mouse related problems where the Y-Axis was more sensitive than the X-Axis (in triple wide only, they fixed it otherwise) - it should feel reasonably smooth, black screens centered, Skill menu working 100%, map working 100%

Everything should be for lack of a better word, flawless.

Hit update in Flawless Widescreen you will see a new plugin (TESV: Skyrim (Old Fix)) and the latest update (use this) with the original name (The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) - if it doesn't show hit Reload Plugins after the update.

Do report back your findings.

Thanks HayDen! Works great!

Very minor things I noticed: some far away shadows will disappear and re-appear very quickly while sprinting. Doesn't seem to do that while running normally. Also, some of the perk names in the skill trees are bunched up together (but this is very minor in my opinion).

Hey Hayden, I know you've been busy, but the RAGE fix doesn't work at all any more...no centre hud etc. I'm not sure if there's been an update, but just if you get a chance. cheers.

Try right click Rage in FWS and click re-install, then try it and report back, cheers.

For the life of me, I don't know what they've done - but I can't scale those hands. The command is listed in the console, but can't change it there, or in config, or even launch options. Anyway, thx again. Hope that Max payne 3 key worked for ya :)

Not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place, so my apologies in advance. First off, thanks for your hard work putting something like this together.

I just recently downloaded the client and it when I load up Tribes: Ascend, it shows a message in the client that the version is not supported. The game is now in 1.1004 which isn't listed in the dropdown. There is no visible fix in the game when I run it so I'm assuming the plugin needs updated.

Will there be any updates to the Tribes plugin?

First off would just like to say thanks Hayden for a great program skyrim is unplayable without your efforts......

However it appears after working succesfully the first couple of times im now getting the appcrash error evil daed was experiencing in fws a few pages back. (p13 onwards)
i have tried un/reinstalling fws, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and (x64). I also cannot create a dump file as it says "access is denied"
I have tried a PM to evil daed as he says he solved it but unfortunately no response after a couple of weeks and he doesnt mention how in the thread. Just wondered if you
had any thoughts or could help.......thanks

FWS Plugin update

All plugins have been modified, but not all have been pushed, if you have issues with a particular plugin you can try Right clicking "FWS Plugins" and clicking re-install, this will ensure you have the absolute latest files regardless of wither the Update/Repository is aware of them.
