Thats why i stopped meassuring with Fraps. It's just not what you really see on your Monitor. Therefore not worth the trouble
P.S MSI Afterburner is NOT made for FrameTime meassurement! Unwinder somewhen clearly stated that it's not very accurate. So FRAPs is better, but still nothing like you see it on your Monitor.
