I tried following the instructions with Artmoney but it didn't work even after 3 tries.
I half the screen is a bunch of grey and black lines when i return to NFS.
Also, I get much more entires after searching the memory. Where it says you should have about 18 entries, i had like 28 or something.

Sorry that it's not going well for you cars10 ... :(

You say ...

When you Search you should have much more entries than 18 ... it is after the Filter process that you end up with about 18.

Are you sure you are doing it correctly ? ... are you following this guide ? ... Click Here

I was able to reduce those 18 fields to 4. If anyone wants to host the file I saved, tell me and I will upload it to you :P

4 is the bare minimum : XY for the viewport (the image rendered) and XY for the presentation window (the surface displayed on the screen).

My only fear is that all the others fields are needed because they do influence the texture rendering in-game - like full screen rendering effects - or proportions.

Hey guys ...

You know how after using ArtMoney the FOV is chopped off at the top and bottom ... well there is now a new Camera Hack out for NFS-MW ... by Racer_S ... he's a star ! ... 8)
It allows you to do all sorts of things with the camera view ... such as pull back the camera to increase the FOV.

Get it here ... http://toca.game-editing.net/files ... in the Need For Speed Tools section about half way down the page ... instructions for use are in the ReadMe file that comes with it.

BTW : Racer_S is a buddy of mine and I have asked him if it would it be possible to add a resolution change option to change the in game resolutions from 1600x1200 to 1920x1200 and 1280x1024 to 1680x1050

Lets hope he can sort it for us ... :)
I'll let you know when he gets back to me.

Some screenshots ...

Click on the thumbnail to see larger shot ...

Normal view after ArtMoney hack ...

With the Camera Hack you can pull back the camera ...

or even further if you like ...

There are other camera options available such as this ...

It is also possible to get this view like this which has the Rear View Mirror in the behind car view.
I used one of the interior views and then pulled back the camera to behind the car.

I've been looking for ways to do this for a while now, you guys are awesome. And I know a trainer will be coming soon to get it to stick.

I'm wondering if there's any other program that does the same thing as artmoney to do this, or if there's any way to use artmoney without all the adware? Adware and spyware = suck balls, but I can't stand playing this game stretched.

Racer_S ... has done it ... 8)

There's a new Resolution Changer on the way ... 8) ... so soon there will be no need for ArtMoney with this game.

I have tested it out it works perfectly and it's very easy to use ... :D

All you do is start the Res changer ...
Input the resolution you want ...
Choose which version of the game you have ...
Launch the game using the button ...

Racer_S has yet to upload ... as soon as it is available to download I'll post here and update the Solution pages.

Here's a screenshot ...

I didn't know it was possible to see the steering wheel in Most Wanted or is this done with the hack? But if it's done with the hack then it must be already in the game but EA didn't let us use it.

I think if you put the camera inside the car with the hack you will see this, just because you can see a person sitting in the car all the time. That guy has been put in the car by EA. That makes it a little more realistic though it's in every car the same guy. would be pretty funny seeing a car drive by with no driver. But i doubt it his hands will move while steering or shifting.

@ FusionXP
Is it not obvious from the post that the in-car view is enabled using the hack ?
and ... ctrlsteef is correct the hands don't move ... :(

PS: I still haven't heard from Racer_S ... sorry ... :(
