Hayden, just wanted to say I checked out your borderlands fix and it works great! Kinda would have liked a little more FOV, but I'm sure it's that way for a reason...being that it was such a mess. Hopefully B2 is better...which I have heard reports that it should be.

I was trying to get the .rar-ed version from your site and the http://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/fws/flawlesswidescreen.rar link is dead.

Though you may want to know. But the .msi package link works just fine.

Oh wow... I got so excited when I saw that this exists... I really hope I can get it working. A couple questions:

1. I updated my plugins but when I start tribes it still says that the 1.0.980 version of tribes is "unknown" -- it also doesnt show up in the game version combo box.

2. I have been unable to get this to work at all as of yet so let me describe my set up in general and maybe you can tell me if this program is even what I need.

I have three monitors hooked up to two GeForce GTX 460's in my comp. When I launch the game the status text at the bottom of the tribes plug in tab says that it has found the process but the display resolution is only 1920x1080, Monitors 1x1, NVIDIA GeForce GTX460 on .DISPLAY3Monitor0 and the game plays normally only on my center screen.

The status tab shows the following:

- Found NVIDIAN Device: GeForce GTX 460 (1)
- Found NVIDIAN Device: GeForce GTX 460 (1)
! - NVIDIA Debug: (Second Call) GetDisplayConfig() - Result: -5, Success=False
- Found Generic Device NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
- Display Detected, Res: (X: 1920, Y: 1080), AR: 1.778, Displays: 1
- Found Generic Device NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
- Display Detected, Res: (X: 1920, Y: 1080), AR: 1.778, Displays: 1
- Found Generic Device NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
- Display Detected, Res: (X: 1920, Y: 1080), AR: 1.778, Displays: 1
- Preferred Display .DISPLAY3Monitor0 connected to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460

If I go to Settings -> Config -> Display Detection and override specifying 5760x1080 etc the game runs but still only on the center monitor with everything FOV'd for three monitors.

I hope this helps as I am really excited about getting this to work. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi

im trying to get borderlands to work right...i have flawless running but it doesnt work for me.

i tried adding the f9 and f10 fov keys and that works easy but the weapon doesnt scale out with the fov.

how do i add fov to the weapon?

im using non steam version 1.4.1.0

any help would be great

HaYDeN is a normal guy with a job and life outside this project, yet he volunteers hundreds of hours of his time to provide this assistance to the gaming community and--as you can see from this thread--fields requests from individuals the best that he can.

i really dont need the help anymore, im almost finished the game.

its listed as fixing the game and doesnt work for me.

this is not new, as ive found several of these dont work...maybe its my fault that my games arent same version.

i should have said keep the help...im done the game=p
