Maximize Window Error

It always maximize across all the monitors, it just suddenly starting to do this a couple of days ago sometimes it worked and sometimes it stopped working during the time the pc was on. I'm on 182.50 and 2.06 or whatever it is, 5040x1050 works just fine.

I think it had something weird to do with the new sound drivers and 5.1 sound.
