Hi there im using a Ati 5870 3x 22 inch widescreen monitors.
i love aion but i find it hard to play and would love to be able to be able to tweak the view distance. my char is to clost to the screen. there is a option for max distance but would like to go that bit more distance.
does any1 know if its possible . thx in responce ;)

There's no fix for this, it's been discussed before on this forum. There's no way to adjust the Field of View currently.

Your best bet is to set the in game resolution to one monitor and play it on your central monitor. All of us with the Triple Head 2 Go have beaten our heads against the wall with NC Soft to no avail to get a fix for this issue.

there is a setting in the options for max, which you have set. Afaik, there is nothing you can enter in the chat like you can with WoW to increase the distance. Sorry!

(he doesnt mean FoV)

The camera distance issues is because of the FoV though.

Im pretty sure there was a FoV hack for far cry, would that work for Aion?

I've tried it... the Cry hack and it doesn't work
The one with the no_zoom flag... Aion does not expose this flag.

There was also a separate program that "hacks" into cry and sets the right FOV but I tried that too. That program attaches to specific dlls that Aion doesn't have... so there you go... so far screwed
