Dedcated iRacing Triple Screen setup - please advise

Hello,

question for all triple screen iRacers out there:

I would like to setup a PC with triple screens for iRacing only.

I currently have an Intel E8400 (stock @3GHz, can't overclock on Intel G33 mobo) with 4GB DDR2-800 and an ATI 3870 512MB.

I plan on using either 4800x900 or 5760x1080. Will an upgrade to an ATI 5850 or 5870 be enough?

What CPU/Video are you using at what resolution and what framerates are you getting with eye candy turned up to the max (shadows etc)?

I'm looking for a minimum framerate of 60fps...

Will my setup + video upgrade do or do I have to get more performance for iRacing (i7-860, ATI 5970)?

Any benchmarks out there?
