Not working for me either , @ 3840 x 1024 , has no effect whatsoever when enable fix. Boo hoo :cry:

Yeah. For some reason something changed. I'm working on an update already. :) At least you have CoD4 MP to hold you over for a bit. :P

The offsets didn't change actually. Everything looks like it should be working. Looking into it more.

I just released v1.46.2. The list of changes are below:

Yeah 1.1WaW MP doesn't work for me either, it says it is running and enabled but it doesn't change the FoV. Still I am LOVIN that CoD4 @5040!!! hadn't played it for about 4 months but right back in there now...thanks DF!

Umm would I have to reinstall CoD:WaW, copy the exe then patch it again for MP? At the moment it is patched so I have to start from the beginning..to get SPv1.0? Still I think I'll wait 'cos I want to play it co-op, much more fun I reckon :)

just rename your current CoDWaW.exe to CoDWaW.11.exe or something so you dont overwrite it or lose it. Then just extract the one in the link to your directory.

You can play SP just fine with that exe.

Patch v1.2 is out. I'm downloading it now and will take a look at it when it finishes. If it's similar to v1.1, I should have a MP fix out later today or tomorrow. I'll have to see how it goes for SP.

Hey thanks for the quick update. However with this version when in 5040 I cannot select anything from the menus using the mouse (it won't even highlight what it is over) after I have enabled it once. Disabling it doesn't help. To get the menus working I have to shut the game down (using ctrl-alt-delete 'cos I can't access the quit menu!) and restart, do my selections then enable the fixer.

Any ideas?

Hmm, I'll have to mess with it. I can't really test any of the TH resolutions truly without a TH display setup I think. Even if I set the game to 1600x400, it treats the menus differently.

You can always use the console to quit so you don't have to end the task. Press ` or ~ to lower the console (or whatever your console key is) and type /quit.

I'll look into this and see what's different. I haven't actually changed the way I do anything with my code. All I did for this version was just update the offsets.

Thanks again. It is not so much the quit that is the problem but I can't change class or go into a squad...or anything like that. A bit of a show stopper for me. I wonder if anyone else is having it or is it just me?

I really can't reproduce it.

I set the game to 1600x300 to simulate 3 x 16:9 and these are results:

Main Menu (Fix Enabled)

Team Selection (Fix Enabled)

Class Selection (Fix Enabled)

Game (Fix Enabled)

Menu (Fix was on, but then disabled it and menu shifted back)

bugga a non reproducible fault! Call Matrox and get them to give you a TH set up.... you must have sold a few with your fixer ;)

Be good to get the SP up and running, I couldn't get the v1.0 exe you kindly linked to work for some reason. 1.2 patch seems to have sorted a few of the probs my clan mates have had joining in co-op games.
