Race Driver GRID: Detailed report

I tested the game at 1900x1200 and it's running really well without any issues, the hud is not streched.

I'm a bit confused. Can someone answer the following question with a yay or nay here?

Does GRID support 1920x1080 and 1920x1200 natively and flawlessly if you have the system for it?

I've got it working 1920x1200. Need Screenshots?

Too bad you didn't pick the same circuit for both
A 4:3-to-TripleHead comparison is cool though.

4:3-to-5:4-to-TripleHead, all on the same track would be killer imho ! ;)

On a sidenote : SHAME on all these modern games with fancy replays where you can't SAVE your race for viewing later, showing off and sharing ! It'd be so cool for aspect ratio comparison too !!!

well actually it looks like the same track just the position is different the 4:3-shot is just a bit behind where the 15:4 one was taken

Problem with Grid on LCD TV

Post by bestgrafix »

Hey folks i have a strange problem with race driver GRID.

Have 22" TFT and 32" LCD TV. Running both on my Geforce 8800GT under XP . If i set my TV as primary to play GRID the exe crashes. With my normal 22" it works under Vista it works. Testet it with a Ati 4870 under XP with my TV and it works.... really strange. But i remember it had worked with the 8800gt few months ago, no system change or something.Perhaps a driver issue ? I tried a few but it didnt helped.

greets

I have a Dell SP2309W with a native resolution of 2048x1152.

Grid plays well at this resolution both on an 8800GT and GTX260-216

But how did you guys manage to configure 3 screens? I've seen loads of videos in youtube with a 3 monitor setup, but the instructions in the main page here doesn't explain how to achieve that. I dont see a setting inside the game, the maximum for me after removing the hardware restriction is 1920x1080

Any idea what I could try pls?
