Can't decide on a monitor

I'm looking for something around 22" at 1680 x 1050 resolution with low input lag under $250.

The two monitors I've come up with are the Hyundai's W220D (http://www.digitalversus.com/article-358-3702-49.html#) and LG W2286L (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005133).

Can someone please tell me which one is better or recommend some other ones. Also, I'm looking for a good VGA switcher.
