Does anybody know the qualification for an RMA through EVGA?

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but have you tried contacting EVGA for RMA details (or checked their site for RMA forms)?

Edit: Then again, this post was over a week old so I hope you've got the problem resolved.

How hard is it really to just get on their site and look for this under Product Warranty? I certainly hope you are more well informed once you start talking to them because as well laid out as their site is it would tend to make you look like a frantic customer disgruntled for no reason were you to ask about things that are in plain print on their site. As large a company as EVGA is they really don't have the time to explain things that are easily accessable on their site.
