Hey there...
I'm new to the wide-view gaming world and have a couple of questions. I just recently bought myself an XPS system from dell with their new 2405FPW monitor. It's a 24" wide aspect flat panel display. I installed my game of choice, Microsoft flight simulator and I'm pretty sure the game doesn't handle the wide aspect viewing. The view's a bit distorted. Probably what you would call stretching.
Is their a patch or something for my game? And if there is, is their a tutorial how to do it? I'm sure I'm not the first one to ask, and I hate to be a redundant post, but some of the jargon being used here's going right over my head. I'm not too computer savvy, but I'll learn and try.
Thanks guys, any help is welcome!

Questions about Microsoft flight simulator
Which MS Flight Simulator is it? MS Flight Simulator 2004 supports widescreen mode right out of the box, but yours could be an earlier one.

If you change the resolution, will the panel be perfect then? Do you see a lot more or is the panel streched?
